Handling Time & Delivery Time
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placing your order except for some custom ordered items. Please be aware with international shipping can take up to 4-8 days or more to arrive. Delivery time depends on destination, holidays, the customs, weather and other various factors. There may be a delay for some reason, but we can not control once they have been shipped. Also domestic delivery will be made by your local logistics company cooperating with China Post/DHL. Unexpectedly No Stock
We always manage the item stocks up-to-date as correct as possible. However, most items are sold on another platforms or real stores. So there may be no stock unexpectedly in some cases. We will inform you as soon as possible if your order items are no stock. Also, you can select to wait for the re-arrival or to cancel the order. If the maker never produce that item, your order will be canceled. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Some items are ordered productions. Every page of the order production display how long does it take to make your items.
Please note you are responsible for any and all the customs duties and charges that may be incurred. We recommend checking out your country's policies regarding the import for personal use.
If your order items come back unclaimed, we would like to reship as a general rule. We will ask you the correct address. In this case, there will be an extra shipping charge if the unclaimed reason is not our store mistake. Also, your order may be canceled if we are not able to contact you for 7 days after unclaimed. Please note we will refund you deducting the first shipping fee in this case. So please double-check your PayPal address is current and correct before placing your order. We ship to your PayPal address if you make payments by PayPal.
If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return to us if the original conditions and tags are kept. A full refund is available. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will tell you the return address(Japan). After receiving the items back, we will refund you as soon as possible via PayPal or Stripe. We would appreciate you paid for the return shipping fee if the return reason is not our store mistake. If the return reason is our store mistake, the return shipping fee will be refundable too via PayPal transfer.
Faulty / Incorrect items(Refunds)
If the item is faulty or incorrect, please message us and provide your name and address, order number, and details of the item and the reason for return. You can require a refund. After receiving the return item, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please kindly note we reserve the right to insist the item is not faulty from the practical point of view. At first, please message us via Contact us page. Also the return shipping fee is refundable too in case the item is faulty or incorrect.
We are so sorry, but we are not able to accept international exchanges for different size or different color. We would appreciate if you could contact us at first before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns about the size, color and etc. Thank you so much for your understanding.
We are so sorry, we are not responsible for damages and losses, or the failure delivery. We cannot control over these accidents during shipping. However, we will do our best for you to be a happy customer in every possible way. You can request the Chinese maker to reship your items in case there are some defects in packaging.
